2. What We Collect and Why

• Order data — name, delivery address, country, e-mail: to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to fulfil customs obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Server logs — IP address, request records: legitimate interest in platform security (Art. 6(1)(f)), retained for a limited period.

We use no marketing cookies and no profiling. Session data is kept in your browser's local storage only.

3. Recipients and International Transfer

Order data is shared only with the producing artisan, the shipping carrier and customs authorities — solely to deliver your order. Data is processed in Türkiye, a country covered by data-transfer safeguards under Turkish data protection law (KVKK); we apply the same protections described here regardless of location. Data is never sold or shared for marketing.

4. Retention

Order and invoice records are retained as long as required by tax and customs law; other data is deleted when no longer needed.

5. Your Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR) by writing to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
