Do I need a company to register?
Yes — the Buyer Panel is for businesses (importers, distributors, retailers, hospitality). Private consumers can order directly from any shop page without an account.
Which currencies and payment methods?
Quotes and orders are in EUR or USD. Card payment via our payment partner; bank transfer for larger orders. Payment is released to the producer after shipment.
Who handles customs?
The platform issues the Turkish export declaration (ETGB). Import VAT and duties in your country are shown before you pay and collected by the carrier on delivery, or at checkout once IOSS is active.
Can I visit producers or request samples?
Yes. Use the RFQ note field to request samples; many producers ship samples at cost. Factory visits can be arranged through the platform's support team.
What about minimum order quantities?
Each quote states its MOQ. Many artisan producers accept small runs (10–100 pcs); industrial producers list higher MOQs. Filter by your quantity when posting an RFQ.
